It operates in two reportable segments: the acquisition, development, ownership and management of multifamily properties (Residential Segment) and the acquisition, ownership and management of commercial real estate properties (Commercial Segment). Maximum revenue is generated from its Residential segment, which includes the rental of apartments and other tenants. |
