Its objective is to generate stable monthly cash distributions that are reliable and fiscally beneficial to unitholders by acquiring properties with high occupancy rates and good tenant quality. The company has three operating segments; Industrial, Suburban office, and Necessity-based retail. Suburban office segment generates the majority of the revenuein the form of rental income. |
