Greentown Service Group, or GSG, is the sister company of property developer, Greentown China Holdings, or Greentown. Operating for over 20 years, GSG listed in Hong Kong in July 2016, one of the first China PMS companies to do so. Headquartered in Hangzhou, GSG is a leading PMS provider in the high-end residential segment, with PMS contributing about 60% of GSG's revenue. Other major revenue contributors include consultancy services to developers as well as parking space management. In 2019, GSG acquired Montessori Academy Group to bolster its education services under community VAS. The founding shareholders hold a 44.88% stake, with Greentown holding 4.32%. In January 2020, property developer Longfor Group took up 5% stake in GSG, which it subsequently increased to 9.16%. |
