MasterCraft Boat Holdings Inc is a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of recreational powerboats sold through five brands: MasterCraft, Crest, Balise, Chaparral, and Robalo. It manufactures and sells recreational inboard, outboard, and sterndrive boats that it believes delivers superior performance for water skiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and fishing, as well as general recreational boating. In addition, it offers various accessories, including trailers and aftermarketparts. Its segments are the Performance and Wake segment, consisting of the MasterCraft brand, which produces boats at its Vonore, Tennessee facility; The Leisure segment, consisting of Crest and Balise brands, which produces pontoon boatsat its Owosso, Michigan facility; and the Recreation and Sport Fishing segment. |
