The REIT invests in multi-suite residential rental properties in Canada and the United States. It acquires, develops, owns and manages multi-suite residential, commercial and hotel properties and serves as a real estate investment advisor and management company. The REIT operates into two reportable segments, Canada and the United States. The United States contributes to the majority of revenue. |
