　　　　（一）銷售物業收入上升８８﹒９％至８９４萬元，佔總營業額７１﹒３％；物業管理收入減少１１﹒７％至
　　　　　　　１３９萬元；租金收入總額減少４０﹒３％至２２１萬元；
　　　　（二）於２０２２年１２月３１日，集團之銀行結餘及現金為１９７４萬元，資產負債比率（租賃負債除以權
　　　　　　　益總額）為０﹒２１％（２０２１年１２月３１日：０﹒１４％）。
公司事件簿
　　－　２００８年３月，集團以每股＄０﹒４，配售４﹒２億股予主要股東兼行政總裁黃文稀，完成後黃文稀持有集
　　　　團權益由２６﹒７７％增至６６﹒６４％，並申請清洗豁免。另一主要股東孫博及關連人士於集團之持股量則
　　　　由２７﹒８９％攤薄至１２﹒７１％；１１月，主要股東黃文稀終止認購協議。
　　－　２００８年６月，集團以７０００萬元人民幣（約７８４０萬港元）收購金麗灣全部權益，其主要資產為位於
　　　　中國廣東汕尾市海豐金麗灣度假村，由１９幢別墅組成，總樓面面積約３５﹐９３２平方米。
