　　　　（一）電子商貿：營業額減少２９﹒４％至１﹒７４億元，佔總營業額６６﹒６％，分部溢利下跌１４﹒７％
　　　　　　　至５９０９萬元；
　　　　（二）身份管理：營業額上升１４％至６３６４萬元，分部溢利增長６５﹒９％至１７６４萬元；
　　　　（三）其他服務：營業額減少３２﹒７％至２３５６萬元，分部溢利下跌３２﹒７％至９９９萬元；
　　　　（四）於２０２０年１２月３１日，集團之現金及銀行存款總額為１﹒７２億元，且並無借貸。
公司事件簿
　　－　２００５年１０月，集團配售新股上市，集資淨額約達５３８０萬元，擬用作以下用途：
　　　　（一）約４０００萬元用於發掘及發展新電子服務，以及有關於物流方面應用ＲＦＩＤ（無線射頻識別）技術

　　　　（二）餘款用作營運資金。
