　　　　（三）房地產業務：營業額增加2.6倍至62萬元，分類利潤增加8.3%至48萬元；
　　　　（四）於2026年6月30日，集團之現金及現金等價物為6.04億元，並無銀行借款。

　　－　2017年4月，集團以3861萬美元(約3.01億港元)收購Genesis Capital
