　　　　產發展及投資業務。出售所得中17.12億港元將以特別股息派予集團股東。
　　－　2013年9月，集團更改名稱為「粵海置地控股有限公司 Guangdong Land
　　　　Holdings Ltd.」，前稱為「金威啤酒集團有限公司 Kingway Brewery
　　　　Holdings Ltd.」。
