　　　　（二）年內，租賃業務之營業溢利下跌８﹒２％至１﹒１６億元；投資物業中環萬邦行租出率維持於９２％，
　　　　　　　金利商業大廈租出率減少６個百分點至７９％；
　　　　（三）於２０２５年９月３０日，集團之現金及現金等價物共為２﹒３４億元，並無任何借貸或透支。
