　　　　（一）因未能取得足夠合適之審核證據，故核數師對財務報表作出保留意見；
　　　　（二）淨利息支出20.9萬元；
　　　　（三）非利息收入73.35萬元；
　　　　（四）經營支出減少26.4%至565萬元；
　　　　（五）貸款減值損失12萬元。
