　　　　１﹒２％至２１﹒５６億度，製造售電量下降９﹒７％至３﹒０７億度。

　　－　２０１０年２月，集團以６３６０萬元人民幣（約７２２７萬港元）增持中電四川（江邊）發電３５％權益至
　　　　全資擁有。該公司從事興建及營運於四川省的一個水力發電項目。
　　－　２０１０年１２月，集團以總代價２０﹒３５億澳元（約１５５﹒９５億港元）收購澳洲
