　　－　2010年9月，集團附屬公司滙通天下控股(中國)以1.05億元人民幣(約1.22億港元)收購唐海
　　　　中泰信和房地產開發全部權益。該公司於中國從事物業發展業務，持有唐海縣七農場通港水庫內側2號及3號
　　　　島。
　　－　2010年12月，集團以1萬元出售Noble Congress全部權益，其主要從事物業投資業務。
