業績表現
　　－　截至2026年6月止六個月，集團營業額下跌60.5%至3028萬元，股東應佔虧損擴大8.8%至
　　　　3180萬元。期內業務概況如下：
　　　　（一）整體毛利減少81.4%至379萬元，毛利率下降14.1個百分點至12.5%；
　　　　（二）銷售貨品之營業額下跌68.4%至2200萬元，佔總營業額72.6%；提供服務之營業額則增加
　　　　　　　18.7%至828萬元，佔總營業額27.4%；
　　　　（三）於2026年6月30日，集團之現金及現金等值物為4731萬元，計息銀行及其他借款為2477
　　　　　　　萬元，另有租賃負債694萬元，流動比率為1.5倍。
公司事件簿
　　－　2012年9月，集團向海安經濟技術開發區管理委員會交還一幅位於中國江蘇省面積300畝之工業用地，
　　　　並將位於該土地用作生產電動工具之生產設施遷往其他地點。集團將就該事項獲得1.81億元人民幣之補償
　　　　，預期錄得收益1.37億港元。
