公司事件簿
　　－　２０２４年６月，集團以每股＄０﹒０１向周廣友發行９億股股份及向其發行本金額６００萬元之零息可換股
　　　　票據，以清償集團結欠其貸款。完成發行股份及悉數兌換可換股票據後，周廣友將持有集團４１﹒２％權益。
　　　　７月，雙方訂立契約，終止貸款資本化協議及延長周廣友貸款到期日至２０２５年３月３１日。
