　　　　　　　萬元，分佔總營業額９３﹒６％及６％；
　　　　（三）於２０２１年１２月３１日，集團之現金及銀行結餘為２﹒０８億元，借貸總額為５６００萬元，資產
　　　　　　　負債比率（按銀行借貸總額相對於總權益計算）為８﹒９％（２０２０年：１０﹒２％）。

　　－　２０１８年１月，主席兼控股股東Ｌａｉ　Ｇｕａｎｇｌｉｎ以１﹒２億元（相等於每股＄０﹒３６）出售集
　　　　團３﹒３３億股予曲直，佔已發行股本２５％。完成後，Ｌａｉ　Ｇｕａｎｇｌｉｎ持有集團權益由
