　　　　（二）煤炭業務：營業額上升63.8%至1.15億元，佔總營業額100%，分部溢利增長80.9%至
　　　　　　　681萬元；
　　　　（三）於2026年6月30日，集團之現金及現金等價物為517萬元，其他借貸為7.1億元。

　　－　2010年1月，集團以3500萬元人民幣(約3970萬港元)收購蒙古大地全部權益。該公司持有蒙古
　　　　首都烏蘭巴托北部Darkhan省Shariin及Khongor Soum兩個砂金礦之勘探權，總採
　　　　礦面積約2003公頃(約20.03平方公里)。
　　－　2010年4月，集團已更改名稱為「北亞資源控股有限公司 North Asia Resources
　　　　Holdings Ltd.」，前稱為「綠色環球資源有限公司 Green Global
　　　　Resources Ltd.」。
