　　　　（一）汽車融資租賃的收益減少85.4%至20,694元；售後回租安排產生的利息收入下跌70.8%
　　　　　　　至197萬元；融資租賃諮詢服務收入下降33%至2718萬元，佔總營業額89.3%；保理安排
　　　　　　　產生的利息收入減少73.1%至127萬元；
　　　　（二）於2025年12月31日，集團之銀行結餘及現金為6255萬元。
公司事件簿
　　－　2018年12月，集團發售新股上市，估計集資淨額3440萬元人民幣，擬用作以下用途：
